If you created a Monero wallet on a different platform and would like to import it into MyMonero, or if you have an older wallet that you have not used in a long time and would like to reactivate, we can assist you with this.

Log into your wallet using either your Mnemonic Seed phrase or your private wallet keys. Once you have successfully logged in, your balance and transaction history will likely not reflect correctly. This is completely normal.

Please contact our support team and advise them that you are trying to import an older wallet or a wallet from another platform. You will also need to send them your wallet address in this same message.
